The Boutique Physio is registered as a primary health provider; therefore, no doctor’s referral is required to lodge a claim to ACC. We can lodge your claim at the time of your initial consultation. All clients (ACC, Private, or Post-surgical) do not require a referral for treatment.

If you have a referral from a GP or specialist, it is advisable to email this before or bring this with you on your first visit.

All consultations are based on up to 60 min appointments depending on the complexity of your condition.

Please be aware that we operate a cancellation policy for all appointments, as we require 6 hours' notice for all cancellations of appointments. See our FAQ page for further details.

ACC-COVERED INJURIES

If your injury is covered under ACC, please be aware there is a co-charge as ACC only partially fund physiotherapy. Should, however, ACC not accept your claim, you will be liable for the costs in full.

Initial Appointment:  $55
