Physiotherapy uses proven techniques to restore movement, strength and function following an injury. At the Boutique Physio we have extended appointment times to allow time for exercise based rehabilitation and manual therapy.

Designed to identify both female and male athletes at risk for injury during the athletic season. We use advanced VALD technology to get accurate objective data and form a prehabilitation program based on the results.
